Aditi Chakravarty – Chief Culture Officer
Aditi currently serves as Berkeley Lab’s Chief Culture Officer of the Learning & Culture Office in the Directorate. She previously served for two years as the Lab’s Interim Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Officer and prior to that, as Head of Learning & Organizational Development, conceiving of and leading a number of initiatives and programs to advance the institution’s IDEA and cultural development goals. Aditi is a social scientist who specializes in adult development, diversity, equity, & inclusion (DEI) strategy & research, and change management. Prior to joining the Lab, she served as a culture and DEI researcher and consultant to a wide range of institutions for over a decade. She has her master’s in organizational psychology & adult development from Harvard University, and has served as an Organizational Behavior researcher at the Harvard Business School and Harvard Learning Innovations Laboratory.
Christina Lonzisero – Learning & Culture Program Coordinator
Christina specializes in supporting the design, planning & execution of Learning & Culture (L&C) programs and initiatives. She also coordinates UC system-wide programs including UC WI, MSAP and UC-Coro.
Amanda Suppanich – Change Management & Culture Specialist
Amanda Suppanich is an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Practitioner having earned her Masters from University of Houston – Clear Lake. She comes from consulting and has been at the lab for 2.5 years. She is certified in Prosci Change Management and People Analytics from Wharton, among other certifications in facilitation and coaching. Her specialties are talent development and change management. Within talent development, she focuses on development coaching, 360 Feedback, Hogan Personality Assessment, and development planning. Within change management, she focuses on culture change initiatives and enterprise process change.
Julia Winston – Coach & Facilitator
With more than a decade of experience as a community builder, business leader, culture architect and yoga & mindfulness teacher, Julia Winston has designed and hosted hundreds of gatherings ranging across many contexts and sectors, all in service to this mission. As the Chief Culture Officer of Alpine Investors, Julia pioneered a unique leadership + organizational development program that continues today to deliver impact across a diverse portfolio of growing businesses undergoing mergers, acquisitions and leadership transitions. Also a social entrepreneur + activist, Julia created The Rainbow Letters to amplify the voices of LGBTQIA+ families around the world through the lost art of letter writing. Today Julia runs her own business helping leaders across the world transcend barriers by serving as catalysts for deeper human connection.
