HOME GROUPS
Throughout the experience, you’ll meet in groups that we call “Home Groups.” These are small groups of 6-8 participants who are in similar points in their careers as managers and occupy similar roles within the Lab. Together, you will be supporting one another as you work on your management challenges.
This small group experience will allow you to check in, mentor one another, and share best practices. Your daily “Home Group Coaching Mastermind” sessions will be facilitated by one of our trained Home Group Mentors. Their role will be to guide you as you generate insights and experiments to address your management challenge.

YOUR MANAGEMENT CHALLENGE
During the Summit, you will be asked to workshop a team-based challenge that you are facing as a manager. You will prototype a solution or experiment related to your management challenge within the supportive environment of your Home Group. When choosing a personal management challenge to work on during the Summit, you should choose one that:
- Is specific, defined, and something you are passionate about and feel an urgency around solving
- Is related to your own performance management goals as a manager
- Is a situation/scenario that is “alive” within the next 6 months and is relevant to you and your team
- Is a situation that you have direct influence over and ability to track progress
- Is in your stretch zone – something you can’t easily solve on your own
