Post-Summit Resources for 2022 Summit Participants
Congratulations! We are thrilled to welcome you, an alum of the 2022 Stewardship Summit program, into our dynamic lab-wide community-of-practice.
To continue to support you on your stewardship journey as you build on the insights you’ve generated, implement experiments to address your management challenge, and connect with your Home Group and your network of diverse colleagues from across the Lab, you will receive: 1) TWO books of your choice from the Summit Reading List [note: be prepared to share lessons from your chosen books at the January 2023 Reunion], 2) a reimbursement for ONE month of coaching from BetterUp [see details in the BetterUp section below] and 3) dedicated space and time on a monthly basis to continue to meet with your Home Groups for a meeting series called Mastermind Tuesdays [see details in the Mastermind Tuesdays section below].
NOTE: Eligibility criteria based on Summit attendance record must be met in order to receive these benefits
To receive books from the Summit Reading List below, peruse the list of 6 books below (each related to a theme and session of the Stewardship Summit) and submit a Book Request Form by 8/15/22.

BetterUp is a research-driven digital coaching platform that matches you with a live certified coach based on your specific development goals and specialty needs, resulting in a hyper-customized coaching experience. In addition to offering virtual coaching sessions, the platform offers a library of interactive content, tools, and assessments to support your work with your coach.
BetterUp Plus is the monthly subscription we recommend: you receive 2 video sessions per month with your selected coach (note: sessions do not roll over month-to-month; they must be used or lost each month), access to a library of learning content, and professional planning resources. This subscription plan costs $149/month with a 20% discount for your first month. You begin by signing up for a free session and you may cancel your subscription at any time.
In order to receive a 1-month reimbursement from LBNL, you must submit a payment request through the Lab’s FMS (financial management system). As part of your request for reimbursement, you will be required to attach 1 monthly invoice charging up to $149 for BetterUp Plus (2 coaching sessions/month) and email confirmation from your coach that you have completed the 2 coaching sessions for that given month. Reimbursements will be processed on a rolling basis through 11/1/22.
Monthly Home Group Meeting Series
Second Tuesday of Every Month from 12pm – 1pm PST, starting Sept ’22 through Jan ’23
We know life gets busy and coordinating time and space to continue to reflect on your management challenge/experiments may begin to feel like an impossibility.
To make gathering easier for you, we will offer a dedicated Zoom room for Home Groups to convene and self-facilitate Coaching Masterminds for themselves. You may access the gathering space from your calendar invitation or via the button below.
